      Pros

      A great company in a great industry! Everyone at all levels of this company is very nice and competent. The company's trajectory is definitely up, up, up. A great Board, a great team, and now that we have the right senior management team in place, the sky is the limit for the organization. This is already a great place to do daily work and to build a career and will soon be one of Austin's hottest tech companies, so my recommendation is to get in now!
