Reby has all the ingredientes of a startup that fights to grow in a fast-paced and challenging market. The opportunity for ownership, autonomy and impact is huge, so is the necessity to be agile, open to constant change and commit to the the project. It's a fast-paced workplace where decisions are taken quickly and teams need to adapt fast. Each individual takes ownership quickly and is expected to deliver timely. There's a lot to learn, a great team willing to nurture and integrate new members.
Cons
Reby keeps its workforce under control which means there's always the feeling that there's a lot to do and more resources are required. One individual can hold ownership of a certain feature of the app which makes it complicated when there's a rotation. It's a changing environment, so you need to be ok with changing roles / priorities and team structure.
