Pros

There's room for growth and you are recognized and acknowledged for your hard work. The benefits are great, especially for the maternity leave. I'm surrounded by talented and dedicated co-workers who give their all to see that we're putting out great content and that our clients are happy.

Cons

If being busy is a con then so be it. I'm actually pleased to be learning as much as I am in this role. It keeps me productive and in a position to advance within the company.
