Pros

Focus and discipline on building our software platform has made life less chaotic as we’re all rowing in the same direction. Great teammates who care about the impact and helping one another succeed. Flexible work location and trustworthy peers.

Cons

Rebuilding culture following org changes last year will take time, but I’m hopeful.

Pros

I’m working on interesting, meaningful problems with a smart, motivated team. The product growth is exciting and I'm looking forward to our upcoming releases. Recent leadership changes have brought more focus and momentum, and it feels like the company is hitting its stride, making this a solid time to be here.

Cons

The company is evolving quickly. If you enjoy a dynamic environment where you can adapt and contribute to growth, it’s exciting, but if you prefer a steady, predictable workload, it might not be the best fit.

Pros

Recurve is a team of super smart and kind teammates who are passionate about the clean energy transition. New CEO (May '24) and CCO (Sep '24) are organized and accountable, and have brought focus to the organization. The work is dynamic, and those who take initiative will thrive here. Good benefits, competitive pay, additional investment secured at the beginning of 2025. It's a new era at Recurve.

Cons

Further process improvement is needed, but in motion. The organization is recovering culturally from a necessary layoff in 2024.
