      Red Circle is a great company to work for and grow. Mike allows you the freedom to do your work as well as the support to help build your skills. Great company culture, and a nice change of pace in the recruiting world.

      Pros

      Its good to work and its my desired field to work. To work here is fun and the manager is good to me also the co-workers are good and helpful. I am new and I have that kind of enjoyable time .

      Cons

      Short breaks, doesn't allow colorful hair or piercings.

      Pros

      One of the best work environments I have ever been in, the team is collaborative and helpful. I would not have the opportunities I have today without my time at Red Circle. Mike truly cares about his employees development and is genuinely a great person, I wish there were more bosses like him in the world.

      Cons

      It can be unstructured but that allowed for rapid learning. If you are someone that needs constant direction it my prove challenging in that regard.
