      Pros

      From the beautiful campus to the top notch employees, Red Diamond is a phenomenal place to work. The benefits are great, and management listens to feedback from employees. Work life balance is expected and encouraged. Red Diamond is a family company with family values.

      Cons

      Red Diamond is a traditional company and a little slower to accept progressive policies, but younger leadership does push for updates.
