      - Havas ecosystem/village is extremely supportive, lots of opportunities in the workspace - Visually stunning place to work - So many benefits + perks - culture is great, management is clever and hardworking but also empathetic - Some of the most lovely, intelligent people

      Cons

      Starting out pay is not great, but that's known in the industry.
