Great place that encourages creativity and "thinking out of the box". The company prides itself in creativity and solving problems with unconventional approaches.
Cons
As a small company, workload is often heavy and challenging, but this is a positive as well because challenges are diverse.

They have an awesome vision in the big data analytic fields. Great technology, lots of passion.
Cons
Start up challenges - They were well funded when I was there but like all startups - there is constant pressure to go go go ! If you like pressure as an engineer, if you like new things to tackle - bleeding edge - this is the place!
