      Pros

      If you're looking for a place where you can really make a difference, Red Propeller is a great place to be. Very entrepreneurial workplace.

      Cons

      A small company that can't pay a lot or provide a ton of benefits, but the company is growing and there are lots of future opportunities.

      Pros

      Very small, close-knit atmosphere, plenty of project work and a centrally-located downtown office. There are opportunities to learn from some of the best minds in the business.

      Cons

      Lacks a shared culture of respect. There are no clear paths for advancement. I was thrown under the bus and belittled more than a few times by a direct supervisor, and there was very little done about it.
