I'm so fortunate to have run into this company. First of all, let me just say, that if you're looking for a glorified sales position, where you can get a huge payout by putting in the minimum, then this isn't for you. What I love is the rapid growth structure and the huge opportunity available for those who work hard and are willing to learn. I'm pretty adaptable, and when problems arise I work more on finding a solution, rather than just pointing them out. I want my own say in my schedule and time and effort put into the industry a year from now, so I'm putting my all into this career now. Other than the opportunity this company offers to attain the lifestyle I want, I enjoy the people that work alongside me. The positivity I encounter every day, and working with people who are as hard working as me, helps me look forward to not just going into work, but doing all I can to propel my growth.
