The best pro about working for this company is the flexibility. I started working in sales and then slowly transferred to working in the office. Never doing sales before, it was hard to wrap my mind around only getting commission. But I did it for 7 months! In that time I received 2 promotions and did make very good money. It taught me a lot about business! Once changing away from that, an opportunity came up to work under the VP of sales. At that point I learned way more than I ever though imaginable. I helped sales, did hiring, as well as worked towards improving sales standards.
The best part was my 3rd change in roles. I am currently the Accounts Manager and it couldn’t be any better. The best part about this is that I get to work with all of our customers!
This company always listens to suggestions.
Never shuts down from creative or inventive ways of improving.
Pays really well; no matter what position you fall into!
Health benefits are great!
You work 1 on 1 with the owners and VPs.
There is so much growth opportunities!
Really, what more can you want??
Cons
The only con in my opinion, was learning to cement the leads when in sales. Currently they have a ton of leads to give out, but you do have to make the call and get the commitment for an appointment.
Red's management allows for a 90 day review which comes with a $2 raise if you're normal tasks are completely well. They also do not start workers out at minimum wage. I have worked this company for only a year and several raises occurred within that time.
