The Sky is the Limit

Pros

Simply put, Redbird is filled with both employees and a c-level team that will inspire you to do your best work while genuinely caring about your work-life balance at the same time. All opinions are valued and respected by every team member, encouraging an environment that fosters creativity and diverse opinions. The relationships we have with clients is also top notch. Everyone values creating truly meaningful relationships with our clients and the audiences they are trying to reach, helping us break through the noise of the internet. Lastly, if you're a go-getter, the sky is truly the limit at Redbird. If you're interested in pursuing a new vertical or throwing your hat in the ring on a particular project, management will make it happen. This is a quality that is much easier said than done, but the team at Redbird definitely handles it with grace and ensures you are growing in the way you want to.

Cons

Working from home can have it's downsides, particularly when it comes to communicating with people who may not be the best communicators. That said, this is far and few between at the company, and can be solved with a phone call or in-person meeting. A little extra effort can go a long way.

Feels like home

Pros

I've been at Redbird for a little over 3 years (basically since I graduated college) and I can't imagine finding a better work experience anywhere else. Management has worked hard not only to ensure the professional development and wellbeing of its employees, but also to create a pretty special company culture. I feel so fortunate to work with such an intelligent, hardworking team that also happens to be comprised of just downright good and fun people. Redbird helped me find my path and has been a great place to grow.

Cons

Working from home may not be your thing (and trust me-- I didn't think it was for me at first!). But I think it reflects Redbird's respect for employees' own time and it has certainly allowed me to achieve a work-life balance. Team members often meet up around LA or at our Culver City office.

Pros

Work/life balance very important here, and management makes employee happiness and career growth high priority. Energetic team with passion for the work we do and have a lot of fun doing it. Generous benefits and very competitive compensation.

Cons

Mostly a work from home situation at present, only an issue if an office setting is preferred. Shared office space in Culver City available to all employees, just not a standard setup.
