Pros
I really enjoy working with all the people at Redhill Group. There is a good amount of creative freedom when solving the needed problems.
Cons
There is very little opportunity for collaboration work as there is only one other developer. I do have to do some work in the BASIC language. The challenge can be fun but many of the common programming tools your used in modern languages are not there.
