The working atmosphere is positive and encourages continuous learning. I have the opportunity to learn new things while also having the autonomy to make decisions that help improve the business, which has significantly boosted my confidence. My manager is very supportive and provides valuable guidance and inputs throughout my learning journey, making it easier to grow and contribute effectively.
