      Pros

      My team specifically has been very good. The company gives the impression it's growing, with new hires announced every month. They also take safety very seriously now, which from my understanding has been a culture shift different from a few years ago. Everyone seems to have a healthy work-life balance.

      Cons

      Salaries aren't as competitive as other industries, especially for high cost of living in Victoria. The building is also in the middle of rural farm land and industrial areas, so commuting there without a car is inconvenient.
