Pros

Progression within the business in structured and clear. The atmosphere in the office is great, with regular crew nights and incentives from the owner for doing well. The support and training offered really puts you in the best place to succeed.

Cons

Not really any cons in this role everything is well explained within the induction process, how the business works and how the team make money. Can be longer days for those who want to progress but it is all warranted with the incentives and progression structure.

Pros

Redline is one of few jobs I’ve had that I have thoroughly enjoyed. The interview process was refreshing. Redline don’t employ based on experience and instead on personality, which doesn’t usually make sense, but they then provide full training daily in the office. The incentives at Redline are like nowhere else, from cash bonuses to holidays - you really are appreciated there. Chance is a great director with every intention to guide everyone at Redline to success. The experienced members of Redline are interested in you, all working tirelessly to help you get to your personal goals and bending over backwards to push you to your sales potential. Niamh, the recruitment director at Redline, is the backbone of the team & a great first impression to the role. Grace is also the perfect example of the ‘hard work pays off’ mindset in the office- the youngest crew leader at Redline, high rolling week in week out. Salary at Redline depends on your commitment more than anything, but with the right mindset you can make a good wage, always paid on time in full. You will get to know every member at Redline relatively quickly, all providing some knowledge beneficial to both every day life & a life in sales. I have left with skills I now use daily. Staff nights weekly create a great atmosphere in the office daily- Chance‘s philosophy on Fun/Progression/Money really is accurate. If you’re social, ambitious & patient- this is the job for you.

Cons

Although the positives outweigh the negatives, this role is definitely not for everyone. The role succeeds only the most ambitious people, if you have a great student mindset and a willingness to learn, it’s for you. Sales may not come in abundance right away, but with the tailored 1-1 training, you will make a consistent income if you’re willing to persevere. Long days may sometimes mean you will lack social life, but with optional weekend work & 6pm clock off, you can ensure a healthy personal life. You will definitely need some sort of savings to begin this role, as I realised rather quickly, travel + expenses can be daunting in the first two weeks, as you do work a week in hand to begin.
