Supportive work environment with good exposure to client handling and account management. Opportunity to manage multiple client accounts which helped in improving communication, problem solving, and relationship building skills. The team is collaborative and encourages ownership of work. Fast paced environment that helps in learning quickly and developing a strong understanding of customer success and business operations.

Cons

Workload can be high at times due to multiple client responsibilities, which may require effective time management. Some processes can be improved for better efficiency and smoother coordination across teams.
