Supportive environment - can always reach out to my manager to discuss any issues, and/or get their input Flexibility (make my own schedule/book my own appts) Work from home - with opportunities to engage with the team, like monthly team meetings Bonus program when exceeding minimum billing targets Funding/support for professional development
Cons
Working from home and flexibility with scheduling can lend itself to issues with maintaining a work life balance if you're not careful (not really a Rehab First issue, just the nature of the job)
