      I guess it’s ok if you want to work at a tech sweatshop

      Great place to work at if all you care about is just having a salary.

      Cons

      There’s not much of a grand vision to this company other than just rapidly rushing to turn vaporware into a MVP while gluing features together. Mis-lead workers about current trajectory of company’s mission you have work with over shore teams in a completely different time zone

      We always appreciate feedback. We hired numerous early career data scientists and engineers to work on a variety of projects for our Hinge Capital audience and startups, to expose them to different projects and to help grow the San Diego data science community. As the company moved into commercializing our AI platform for external paying customers, we required production-quality code on market-driven deadlines. Unfortunately, this early-career engineer wasn’t selected. We wish him the best and hope that he continues to develop.
