There are so many good things to say about this company. The poor reviews on here are not accurate. Management has been nothing but supportive, attentive, and genuine. Growth opportunity here is great. Many of my colleagues have been promoted and I don’t see that stopping anytime soon. You are recognized for doing great work. I’ve had lots of jobs in my lifetime and this is by far the best one yet. Some other pros: - free lunch - Pay is good - work life balance - great benefits - outstanding work culture & community

Cons

You’re held accountable (which isn’t even a con). It’s a sales role - if you do your job you won’t have any issues. If you can’t or don’t do your job - what do you expect?

offers a collaborative team environment with a fast-paced, growth-oriented culture. There are plenty of opportunities for career advancement as well as quarterly bonuses. we also enjoy excellent benefits, a fully stocked break room and complimentary lunches, making it a great place to work.

Cons

rapid growth can sometimes lead to staffing challenges, resulting in a heavier workload as the team works to keep pace with increasing demand which tends to lower work life balance.
