Let’s be real—this is a tough environment. But the people I work with every day—our employees, leaders, and back-office pros—are stepping up. Yes, the work is demanding. Yes, resources are tight. And yes, sometimes people are frustrated. But guess what? We’re still here, and we’ve got a job to do. This isn’t the first government shutdown, and it won’t be the last. Complaining won’t change that. What will make a difference is showing up, backing each other up, supporting leadership, and grinding hard to get results. That’s how we succeed. So let’s stop focusing on what we don’t have and start maximizing what we do. We’ve got grit, talent, and each other. Let’s get after it.
