      Pros

      Everyday is unique. The work is fluid and never the same. I like that the job stretches me to be more and I have learned a lot. Great experience and excellent career move. Very happy to be here and happy they chose me.

      Cons

      Very Entrepreneurial so it is very lean. Often times more work than resources but it is all very doable.

      Pros

      I really enjoyed working with my team. We had very low turnover and a lot of trust. After a while they began to feel like family. Great company to launch a career.

      Cons

      Needs better marketing. Great company that no one knows about.
