      Just an amazing place to work!

      Pros

      Like every organization I have worked for, Relish demands excellence as an Account Executive. What really put a smile on my face, Relish has a "Culture Club". In the past all "clubs" for companies I worked at required overachieving quota. Relish wants employee's to add to the Culture! No toxic culture here! Love this!

      Need to wait 90 days for 401K.

      This made our day! You nailed it — Culture Club exists because we believe culture is everyone's job, not a reward for hitting quota. We're glad that came through. On the 401(k) — it's worth noting that most of our benefits kick in on day one, and the 401(k) eligibility window is something we continue to evaluate as we grow.       I've truly enjoyed everything I've had the opportunity to create and build during my time here. The company has been an incredible platform for learning and professional growth. I’ve developed new skills, taken on meaningful challenges, and seen clear progress in my career path. It's a dynamic environment where contributions are recognized, and there’s a real sense that you can grow alongside the company. When opportunities arise, you’re encouraged to step in and be a part of the journey.

      None from my personal experience. However, it’s worth noting that this is a very goal-driven environment. Your performance is closely tied to the impact of your work, which I find motivating, but it might not suit everyone’s working style.
