      Great training and super supportive team

      Pros

      *The interviewing process was thorough, and the recruiter was great to work with. She kept me informed of the progress and next steps. It moved along rather quickly, and my start date as well. *There is a training plan and regular check-ins, and I feel supported while also being allowed to work independently without micromanagement. *The training is quite robust, with courses on resiliency, mindset, and other topics that I did not see in other positions at larger companies. *The company is transitioning to a scale-up model, and considering its size, which is still relatively small (under 250 employees), it is pretty advanced in terms of strategy and other aspects. Especially being in the tech space. *I can work remotely, and the entire company is remote based (as far as I am aware). *They put employees first, and they do, from my experience so far.

      Fantastic recruitment and interview process

      Full transparency during application process. I appreciated an immediate response explaining the process and timeline expected. Once I began the interview phase, I was very impressed with the professionalism and warmth of the interviewers, always allowing time for questions and being very consistent and reliable with following up and setting additional meeting points.
