      Company culture before the acquisition was unique. People really lived the values: collaboration, humility, empathy, feedback

      I've been working at Remix for over a year now and have truly found a sense of purpose in what I do. Leadership is inspirational and the energy from employees in fulfilling our mission of building more livable cities makes me feel like what I do actually matters. Employee voices are heard and considered in big company decisions. It is clear that Remix is a people first focused organization.

      Cons

      Like many young tech companies, there is still some catching up in all areas of the business - but leadership is actively working to address. Given the people first nature of the culture, this is not a concern I have.
