      - Ownership and upper management all value the importance of industry knowledge, and give staff their time to mentor and grow their skillset. - Equal mix of men and women in upper management positions - Friendly and supportive atmosphere - Company promotes the right people and encourages internal growth

      Pros

      They work hard on making it a place that people enjoy working. It's a fun place to work, the people are all friendly, it's laid back, the owners are approachable. They are also always trying to make improvements so they take on board staff feedback.
