Company provides an amazing working environment, with supportive colleagues and mangement. Hybrid setting, different perks, and office activities. Job nature is rather repetitive but easy once you're used to it.

Cons

Salary is on the low side, and limited promotion opportunities. Performance reivew is highly efficiency driven, meaning you'll have to push your output to get any salary increase and promotion.
