Company culture encourages team work and creative thinking. This is a unique company that is dedicated to developing a vision-saving drug delivery technology that will eventually change the way people "see" (literally) the world. A company of this capacity is often risk-ridden. However, Replenish offers incentive packages can more or less offset the risk working in a volatile start-up. It is good to be in its core technology team working with smart and sharp people. The company is small. However, it has world-class partners and alliance.

The work is challenging, which is great for engineering problem solvers. The support staff (accounting, HR, admin) are very helpful and dedicated to helping the engineering groups. They are firm, but very fair.
