      Pros

      Really close team leads to good communication, and makes for a very fun place to work.

      Cons

      Small team doing lots of work, it can be stressful but it also helps build your skills in every aspect of software development.

      Pros

      Supportive managers, flexible schedule, amazing benefits, and an amazing atmosphere. I have never worked in a more supportive environment where their main goal is to enable you to be you best both at work and off work noting a happy balanced employee is a good employee. Also, you get to do 25 percent of work from home going into the office only one or twice a month pay training. Post training almost all millage compensated for field staff (max 30 miles per day noon compensated)

      Cons

      The hours while flexible can get long on some days or be unreliable. that said, I've only had 1 week with less than 40 hrs (37 I think) and only a few over 50 (new and slow was a big part, also, extra reels I've accepted)

      Pros

      The job is very flexible when youre on contract. The pay is decent. The managers are great at creating a team environment.

      Cons

      All the contract jobs are different. YOu often have to go through a staffing agency to get the contract jobs. It can often become a hassle.
