      This company is not for everyone

      Pros

      This was without a doubt the most challenging place I ever worked. I was there when they went through a difficult time. I really appreciated the people and the vision of the CEO. We made it through and came out on top.

      Cons

      I think it would be great if the company slowed down sometimes to celebrate more wins. It would also be nice if things could be calmer and more stable.

      This company thrived despite the challenges of a global pandemic. Everyone pulled together and achieved record performance the company shared it will everyone. Relentless spirit to win.

      Cons

      Working distant has felt like i am missing something. Not sure if you can do much (the world today) but arranging more in person could be nice.

      This company and Steve, have taken on some serious challenges in the world. It has not been a smooth ride but him and the people that work with him have a real spirit to keep on going.

      Innovation in teaching people about new things takes a lot of extra work.
