Pros

Seeing the boys grow and mature into young men. Watching the young men become brothers and seeing their families healing with every visit. Staff and residents become family and build a really strong bond that last a lifetime. The ranch its self is beautiful and very peaceful at times unlimited views to be inspired by.

Cons

The staff is primarily men if your a women applying please beware the accommodations are not female friendly. You will also at times feel you've stepped into a good ole boy situation. Pay isn't the best considering the fact your on the clock 24/7 basically and if you live in Austin that drive is no joke.

Pros

Resolution Ranch works with troubled teen boys. It's a residential facility out of Cameron, Texas. They offer a lot of freedom when it comes to taking suggestions for improvement. The employees tend to be very tight nit. Knowing you are helping change the lives of young men is a great benefit.

Cons

The distance can be challenging for some. However, the ranch understands this and tries to make up for any inconvenience.
