Pros

Small but friendly team. You will feel like a family. The CEO is a great leader (not a boss, had those) interested in growth. For you and the company. The work is challenging but interesting regardless of your position.

Cons

Every opinion matters and management care about your ideas. And this for me was scary at the start. But after a while I became comfortable with it.
