Pros

After interning at RetroVirox for approximately 10 months, I can attest that it is a good start-up to work at. The company is very fast paced, and with self-motivation there is a lot to accomplish and learn. My supervisors were very supportive and nurturing of my work, and were always open to helping me gain skill-sets in my areas of interest. As a student, I received a comparable compensation for my experiences gained there.

Cons

Because the company is small and jobs tend to be more specific, it is hard to move upwards. However, this is always possible with hard work!

Pros

I have been working at RetroVirox for almost 4 months now, and I can truly say it’s a good company to work for if you are self-motivated. The people who work here are intelligent, ambitious, and passionate. The work environment is very fast pace, so you definitely need to be willing to learn fast and work hard. Learning exposure is incomparable, so far I have gained a great deal of knowledge. Great benefits. Compensation is good.

Cons

The only bad thing about working for a small company is the fact that there are not a lot of growth opportunities.
