Pros
I have worked for Rev for the past 5 + years and am still enjoying it.
Rev has been the predominant player in the fast-moving Niagara Tourism scene for the past 18 years.
The company provides several major advantages to its salespersons, offering them an opportunity to earn a superior income if they are willing to work. Rev offers its clients exclusive access to several highly significant Niagara media placements that no other organization has, enabling Rev to provide optimal results for their clients.
As one of the first companies in Niagara to offer digital solutions (again, some of which are unique to Rev), the company is well-positioned to provide clients with choices that make sense for their varied needs.
This is a company that really ‘goes the distance’ for its customers. Media solutions can be custom-structured, whether digital or print, to ensure that clients achieve their objectives. Rev strives to establish true partnerships with its clients in that they don’t provide ‘cookie-cutter’ solutions.
They monitor client digital media campaigns carefully and maintain the flexibility to make changes where necessary to ‘tweak’ campaigns for maximum effectiveness. This in an industry where the norm, unfortunately, is ‘set and forget’.
The people here are great to work with. Really fine co-operation between all areas of the company, from the CEO on down. And the CEO has an open-door policy if anyone has issues, they are encouraged to go in and discuss them.

Cons
As with most sales jobs, self-discipline is required and the job is not always 'nine to five'. Also, with a large part of compensation deriving from commissions, salespersons must be able to budget to comfortably allow for those fluctuations.
