      -Challenging -Trusting leadership that gives you the opportunity to grow -When i first was hired as an intern, intern was not my title. My title was business operations specialist, becasue intern comes with the insuation that you just take out the trash and bring someone coffee and that is not the case here. RevRoad still does not call it's interns by that title, but by Businness Operations Specialists aka biz-ops -You feel thjat you are part of a family here, not just an employee -Amazing benefits -Wholesome culture that thrives on creativity -Open door to your leadership at all stages -I have always felt that the company cares more about me as an individual as opposed to just an employee -Leadership that inspires loyalty. This company has had my heart from the very first day I lvoed it here and I

      -If you are not comfortabkle with being given responsibilities that will stretch you, then you will not love it here -If you are not willing to think of working here as more than just a 9-5 but instead as being part of a family, a community, and a team, than you wont love it here -You work with all sorts of people in all sorts of stages in life, with varied experience in talent and knowledge and if you are not the sort of person that is patient at getting to know individuals for who they are, then you wont love it here
