Rather flexible timetable, attention to your needs and international atmosphere. There's room to grow and bring your own ideas to the table.
Cons
If you're not ready to be competitive and often targeting quantity over quality in order to reach daily/weekly KPIs, it might not be ideal, as you'd be easily overshadowed by colleagues.

very friendly environment, good team work. Nice and intuitive tool work
Cons
the compnay grew very fast and is currently in the phase of reassessing itself. Too many employee on the delivery side, with not enough sales therefore is particularly hard to reach the variable low salary
