A fun place to work where the owner and management team worked hard to create a fun atmosphere with care for its employees! I’m surprised at any less than stellar reviews as the team was very fair and reasonable! They celebrated their employees and met every Friday to give praise and promote positive vibes throughout and awards were frequent and plentiful! I even had a serious health scare and they were there for support. It’s a great place to work! Good benefits as well.

Cons

I was there for over 7 years. Not any real cons I could think of when there were so many positives over the years to celebrate.

Pros

Fully distributed teams. Great work-life balance. Virtual and in-person events! Great team-mates! Focus Fridays are company-sponsored times for you and your family. There's always something new to learn and days go by fast, before you know it, you're starting the weekend!

Cons

I guess if you don't like working with great people, great culture, and a healthy work-life balance.
