Pros

Flexible schedule with the ability to manage your own day. Strong onboarding and training. They let you learn at your own pace. Ongoing support and mentorship make a big difference, along with consistent encouragement from management. There are real growth opportunities—. I was able to see progress within my first year. The yearly onsite is also a great way to connect with everyone.

Cons

Since my role is fully remote, interaction can be limited at times. That said, it can be a plus if you prefer to stay focused. There can also be some shifts in your book of business as team members come and go, so you need to be adaptable.

Pros

Strong culture, people, and collaboration. Flexible work arrangements - fully remote or hybrid work. Good Benefits and perks . Opportunity to make meaningful impact in a smaller growing company.

Cons

Company size growing pains. Being a relatively small, fast-moving tech company leads to startup like chaos in some workplaces, where processes aren’t fully mature.
