Pros

I’ve never met a better set of co-workers. There is room for advancement if you are open to learning more than just your specific role.

Cons

During slow season there is not enough work for everyone to get their 8 hours a day despite management saying you are entitled to your 40. Vacation time should be front loaded and not accrued per pay period. You shouldn’t have to work 3 years to get 2 weeks of vacation time. Pay rates should be higher so employees don’t need to rely on overtime pay to make a living.
