- lot of opportunities to learn new technologies, aws, mobile, java, databases - flexible timings - if company reimburses for the work on holidays - promotes celebration of common festivals and offsites - provides vouchers for tea/coffee
Cons
- while there are lot of opportunities to learn new technologies, company promotes engineers in technical area instead of management - company supports international customers. so, employees are put in rotation shifts. company provides day off based on the working shifts which may be monday or tuesday - company supports high performers and quickly removes low performing
