Very open and nice people, and it's a small team so it's easy to get to know everybody.

Cons

They have you do two tests at the beginning of your employment. One about the ingredients which seem important and one about the company which seems less important

I've been so lucky to have found a company that truly cares about its people. As a working student, I feel so grateful that my manager has been extremely flexible with my work schedule. Even just as a part-timer, I get health benefits. And the culture at work is amazing! Open communication is encouraged, and I feel comfortable talking to upper management, even to our CEO. There are also sooo many fun perks, such as access to events and free gelato!

Lack of structure in some processes.
