      Pros

      Everyone I met is super nice and friendly. But they are great professionals too. Right from onboarding to coaching I got everything a new employee could ask for. You are allowed remote work if the contract allows for it. You can get training also. A lot of employees are long term 2 plus to 12 plus years, which speaks volume about the company. Shout out for my immediate supervisor, one of the most patient, kindest and professionally adept managers I have had. They care about each employee, treat them with respect and I did not feel I was just a number. This is not a body shopping company.

      Pros

      Hard work does not go unnoticed. Lot of opportunities offered for learning and professional growth. Flexible work options. Support from the senior management. Open door policy. Good benefits but can be improved a bit.

      Would like to have more networking opportunities with colleagues.
