Pros

Culture and management team make work enjoyable. The experience starts with seeing how the management team treats their own job and it will drive you to work harder for them.

Cons

The air conditioning was broken for the first six months on the job, and the heat of the machines was pretty unbearable.

Hours, very short sighted, as soon as things start going smoothly, they cut the better paid, knowledge staff. Which leads to chaos.
