      - Really friendly staff community - I was well equipped to deal with difficult situations - Well-behaved and very imaginative students

      Cons

      - Sanction system for pupils needs tightening up. Sometimes sanctioned for very minor things by some teachers, other times the same sanction is given for much more serious issues.
