- Rivet's founders are very involved and have a deep understanding of the business and speak from a place of personal experience. They aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves. - The team is genuine and authentic. People praise each other often, and will call themselves out if they made a mistake. - The product is solid and continues to improve all the time. - Growth is consistent. The customer growth and corresponding ARR is indicative of a healthy business that is heading in the right direction.
Cons
- Like with every startup I have worked at, processes are needed and it takes time to have a process for every needful thing.
