Pros
An opportunity to see what it is like working at an entertainment company. Nice to add to resume.
Cons
Very hard to get promoted. The office environment was super cliquey. Never felt like I belonged in my years of working there. Overworked and underpaid. I also heard they let go of most of their higher up staff during the pandemic. People who have been there for years. I am curious the logic behind that. Definitely do your research if offered employment here because the office environment isn’t great and many places will pay you much more for the same title if not even a lower titled position.
