-The office building was something that probably was ok for when the company had 5 employees, but now with 100+ it's completely inadequate, there are no enough desks for everyone, temperature control for the facility barely works (too cold in winter, too hot in summer), cleaning isn't great - mainly for the toilets, and many things are completely improvised; -environment in the office isn't great. I didn't go everyday and still saw lots of fights and people going at each other's back for bad taste gossip
-I really didn't like the marketing image they created for the CEO as if he were a semi-god, some compared him to Bill Gates, Elon Musk, etc... Alessio (CEO) is a great guy, but come on, it's a company, not a rock band, and Alessio for however good he might be, he's still young and evolving, that's ridiculous to idolize him the way they do. Some employees' linkedin posts sounds more like a fanbase than anything else.
-HR loves you when you work overtime - for free of course. I worked even when I was in the hospital or when I got covid. Never got one day for free just for the sake of it and worked like crazy to achieve results. But then, if you need to ask 1€ reimbursement for something, they crush you like if you mean nothing to the company. In the south of Italy it's common for employers to say you're just one more and barely significant to the company, and in Roboze they say it with the words "Only Alessio is unreplaceable here, none else is". -Low wages, overpromising and underdelivering culture.
