I got to learn tons of new skills in landscaping and maintenance and I'm grateful for the chances the company gives you to succeed.

Cons

The headquarters administration can move slow, but each complex I worked with was at least fairly efficient and responsive.

Set schedule. Monday through Friday. Always 40 hours. Excellent work life balance.

Cons

Pay is a little low for the hard work we do and without air conditioning everywhere in the summer!

Pros

Great benefit package, hours and reasonable work is expected from each employee. There is some room for personal growth. Most employees are dedicated and stay long term which provides a consistent and stable work environment.

Cons

The biggest challenge is dealing with the Rochester winters. The snow storms and bad weather take it's toll on employee moral.
