Pros
This company does a lot of things right, pay transparency in job postings, great benefits. sharing information transparently with team members. I loved that the company encourages regular one on one coffee chats or "Fikas" with team members across the company. The culture is great, the work is exciting, and everyone on the team is really great at what they do.
Cons
Due to the nature of the work (defense contracting space) there's a lot of red tape and procedure to contend with. Detailed timekeeping, security clearance may be needed, export control and security policies. Companies working outside of gov't/defense can be more relaxed, but the challenge is worth it for the type of things you get to work on.
