      As somebody who just wants to focus on delivering for clients and hates bs like red tape and politics, this is the perfect place for me! I'm given great trust and autonomy to make decisions, leaders are open to good ideas from anybody at any level, and my manager is a great servant leader who provides great resources and empowerment.

      Cons

      People who prefer a detailed step-by-step process for every tasks that's asked of them may not enjoy it as much as I do.
